In the winery

Vinification:after the grapes are selected and harvested, they are placed in small cases and left to dry in a large, dry, well aired room in order to gain the concentration of sugar, glycerine and aromas. The semi-dried grapes are soflty pressed and the natural fermentation is carried out in steel vats with controlled temperatures
Maturation:6 months in stainless steel vats and 1 month in bottle
Production:1.500 bottles

Winemaker’s note

Color:bright golden with amber glints
Perfume:to the nose it shows notes of apricots, fig, date, candied citrus and Mediterranean maquis
Taste:in the mouth its sweetness is perfectly balanced by freshness and minerality, with very long aromatic persistence. A wine of great complexity, harmony and elegance
